This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited use of BuyV6 proxy infrastructure, operated by automize Co., Ltd. You are responsible for ensuring that your network traffic and automated use remain lawful, authorized, and compliant with applicable rules.
1. Lawful & Authorized Use
BuyV6 proxy infrastructure is provided exclusively for lawful, authorized purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Customers must possess all requisite rights, permissions, and lawful authority for any destination network endpoints, resources, or services accessed through BuyV6.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use BuyV6 services for: (a) illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities; (b) harming, disrupting, degrading, or overloading networks, systems, services, or digital infrastructure; (c) gaining or attempting unauthorized access to accounts, computer systems, or private data; (d) infringing upon intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; (e) distributing or transmitting malicious software, phishing schemes, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harmful content; or (f) any conduct that creates material legal, security, fraud, or operational risk for BuyV6, its upstream providers, or other users.
3. Third-Party Rights & Access
BuyV6 provides intermediary network connectivity and routing only. Purchasing or using proxy infrastructure does not confer or imply any license, permission, or right to access, collect, or use third-party systems or protected content. Customers remain independently responsible for securing necessary authorization and complying with destination service terms and legal standards.
4. Investigation & Enforcement
BuyV6 reserves the right to review suspected abuse, request clarifying information or risk-based verification, restrict or throttle service credentials, and suspend or terminate accounts for material policy violations without refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law. We may also cooperate with competent law enforcement and regulatory authorities where legally required.
5. Abuse Reporting
If you identify or suspect abusive activity originating through BuyV6 network infrastructure, please report it directly to our dedicated abuse response desk. We review reported incidents and take appropriate corrective action.
