BuyV6 provides dedicated and rotating IPv6 proxy infrastructure intended strictly for legitimate, authorized, and compliant activities, including public-web data collection, software development, automated testing, uptime monitoring, and network research. We actively dissociate our infrastructure from malicious, harmful, or unauthorized activities and expect all customers to conduct their operations with professional diligence and legal integrity.
2. Risk-Based Customer Verification
To safeguard network reputation, prevent financial fraud, and comply with international anti-fraud standards, BuyV6 applies a risk-based verification model. While we do not impose intrusive identity checks on routine low-risk activities, our security team may request customer verification when transactions or access patterns exhibit elevated risk. Review factors may include account authenticity, payment method validation, organization legitimacy, and confirmed lawful purpose. Accounts undergoing review may experience temporary provisioning holds until inquiries are satisfactorily resolved.
3. Abuse Prevention & Incident Handling
We maintain zero tolerance for activities that compromise internet security or disrupt third-party services. Suspected violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)—including denial-of-service attempts, credential stuffing, distribution of malware, unauthorized access, or fraudulent transactions—are subject to immediate technical review. Where substantial risk or policy violation is identified, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate proxy credentials immediately and cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Respect for Third-Party Rights & Applicable Law
BuyV6 operates strictly as a network transmission intermediary. Proxy access does not convey, transfer, or imply any license, permission, or right to bypass technical access controls or access proprietary data without authorization. Customers are solely responsible for determining the legality of their data collection workflows, respecting applicable intellectual property rights, data protection regulations, and website terms of service.
5. Dedicated Abuse Reporting Channel
We provide dedicated, responsive channels for network operators, rights holders, and security researchers to report abusive traffic originating from BuyV6 infrastructure. Every valid abuse complaint is logged, investigated, and acted upon by our technical operations team. Reports should include destination IP/host, exact UTC timestamps, sample logs, and the nature of the observed abuse.
