Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how BuyV6, operated by automize Co., Ltd., collects, uses, processes, retains, and protects personal and operational information when you access our website, use our client portal, or utilize our proxy network infrastructure.

1. Data Controller & Operator

BuyV6 and buyv6.com are owned and operated by automize Co., Ltd., a corporate entity organized under the laws of Japan with its principal office in Tokyo, Japan. For privacy, data-handling, or corporate legal inquiries, you may contact our legal department at contact@automize.jp. For general account and service support, contact support@buyv6.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only information necessary to deliver, bill, secure, and operate proxy infrastructure services. This includes: (a) account registration data (username and password hash); (b) optional profile contacts (email address, display name, Telegram handle); (c) optional referral attribution when a referral code is used; (d) transaction and order references (purchased packages, applied promotions, credit balances, and payment processor transaction IDs); (e) technical proxy connection metadata; (f) customer support inquiries; and (g) limited browser-side service state used for language preference, authentication, referral attribution, and in-progress checkout continuity.

3. Account, Order & Payment Information

To create an account, you must provide a unique username and password. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard bcrypt before storage and are never retrievable in plaintext. When you top up BuyV6 credits or make card payments, transactions are processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. BuyV6 does not collect, process, or store payment card Primary Account Numbers (PAN), CVVs, or expiration dates on its servers. We retain only transactional references, payment status records, currency, and amounts needed for accounting, fulfillment, and dispute defense.

4. Proxy Traffic & Operational Metadata

BuyV6 proxy infrastructure transmits network packets across SOCKS5 and HTTP CONNECT protocols as an intermediary conduit. We do not inspect, intercept, analyze, or retain the content, payloads, or message bodies of your proxied network traffic. To ensure network stability, enforce rate limits, investigate abuse, and comply with law, our proxy servers record technical connection metadata: source IP address, source port, destination host, destination port, protocol, connection timestamp, and outcome status. We do not advertise a misleading 'zero-logs' policy; we clearly separate transient technical routing metadata from customer payload content.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process your data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes: (a) provisioning and routing proxy network connectivity; (b) administering customer accounts, credit balances, and service renewals; (c) evaluating self-service and manual refund requests against technical usage limits; (d) protecting our infrastructure from denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, fraud, and AUP violations; (e) responding to customer service tickets; and (f) complying with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.

6. Third-Party Service Providers & Subprocessors

We share data only with verified third-party subprocessors essential to operating the service: (a) Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates) for secure payment processing and fraud risk evaluation; (b) Cloud Object Storage providers (such as AWS S3 or compatible storage) for storing customer support attachments and diagnostic logs; and (c) Upstream Datacenter and Transit Providers for server colocation and network packet transit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertising networks or third-party data brokers.

7. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, Google Analytics, social media trackers, or behavioral analytics beacons on our website or Client Portal. We use limited first-party browser storage for service functionality: the buyv6_landing_i18n language-preference cookie (up to one year), client_locale in localStorage for portal language, client_access_token in localStorage for authenticated sessions, referral_code in localStorage to carry optional referral attribution through registration, and pending_topup_payment_id in sessionStorage to reconnect an in-progress payment flow. These values are not used for third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

8. Data Sharing & Legal Requests

We may disclose collected information to competent law enforcement, regulatory authorities, courts, or government bodies only where strictly required by valid legal process, court order, or binding applicable law, or where necessary to investigate serious network interference, financial fraud, or material violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. International Data Transfers

BuyV6 is managed by automize Co., Ltd. in Japan, while proxy server endpoints and cloud service providers are distributed across international locations. When you use the Service, your information and network routing metadata may be processed in Japan, the United States, or other regions where our servers and subprocessors operate. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect data integrity and confidentiality during international transmission.

10. Data Retention Schedules

We enforce retention limits based on operational necessity: (a) security failure logs are automatically deleted after 24 hours via database TTL expiration; (b) proxy connection metadata and authentication logs are automatically deleted after 180 days via database TTL expiration; (c) aggregate bandwidth and request counters use a rolling 48-hour Redis expiry after the most recent usage update and are not retained as long-term traffic logs; and (d) account profiles, closed-loop credit ledgers, order records, and billing references are retained for account administration and applicable tax, accounting, fraud, and dispute-defense requirements.

11. Security Measures

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including cryptographic password hashing and access controls around service systems and customer data. Web and payment interactions use transport protections provided by the relevant service and infrastructure providers. No electronic storage or Internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Customer Rights & Inquiries

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account information, or to obtain an export of your account data. To protect customer confidentiality, we may require identity verification prior to executing your request. Requests may be submitted by emailing support@buyv6.com or contact@automize.jp.

13. Protection of Minors

BuyV6 services are intended for business, professional, and adult users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If we become aware that an account was created by a minor, we may restrict or terminate the account and take appropriate steps regarding associated data, subject to applicable legal and record-retention obligations.

14. Policy Modifications

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect service updates, infrastructure improvements, or changes in applicable laws and regulations. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Your continued access to or use of BuyV6 after changes take effect indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Contact & Privacy Inquiries

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data protection practices, please contact our privacy desk at contact@automize.jp (for corporate and legal matters) or support@buyv6.com (for customer account and technical assistance).
