  • Exact UTC Timestamp: Precise date and time (with timezone, preferably UTC) of the occurrence.

Our Review & Handling Process

Upon receipt, reports are logged and routed to our technical security team. We inspect traffic metadata and account activity associated with the reported timestamp and IP. Confirmed violations of our Acceptable Use Policy result in immediate account restriction, suspension, or termination. While we thoroughly investigate all legitimate reports, we do not disclose private customer identities or confidential technical files to third parties, nor do we guarantee a specific resolution SLA.

Sensitive Data Notice

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment details, or credentials in your report. Logs should be sanitized where appropriate to protect non-relevant confidential information.
