These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BuyV6 websites, Client Portal, APIs, credits, and proxy infrastructure, operated by automize Co., Ltd. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this website.
1. Service & Legal Operator
BuyV6 ('Service') provides IPv6 proxy infrastructure, API endpoints, management dashboards, and digital network access tools for lawful public-web data collection, network testing, monitoring, and developer automation. The Service, its official website (https://buyv6.com), and client management portal (https://client.buyv6.com) are owned and operated by automize Co., Ltd. ('automize', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a Japanese corporation located at 1-14-9 Shinkoiwa, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo 124-0024, Japan. References to 'Customer', 'you', or 'your' refer to the individual or business entity entering into this agreement.
2. Eligibility & Legal Authority
To access or use BuyV6, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full power and legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you register or purchase services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your account details up to date.
3. Account Security, Sharing & Resale Rules
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, proxy authentication usernames and passwords, and payment information. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@buyv6.com if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise. Unauthorized account sharing, credential distribution outside your authorized organization, and account transfer are strictly prohibited. Personnel or contractors within your organization may use assigned credentials only as authorized by the registered account holder. Reselling, subletting, white-labeling, or re-licensing BuyV6 services or bandwidth to third parties is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by BuyV6 under a written commercial reseller or partner agreement.
4. Pricing, Payments & BuyV6 Credits
All prices and applicable billing parameters are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed in supported currencies through authorized payment processors, including Stripe. BuyV6 provides a closed-loop credit system at a baseline rate of $1.00 USD = 25 credits ($0.04 USD per credit). Credits are closed-loop service units usable solely to purchase or renew digital proxy services within the BuyV6 platform. Credits cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred between customer accounts, or used outside the Service, and do not constitute a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, or general-purpose stored-value instrument. Applicable taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility unless collected directly at checkout.
5. Fixed Service Periods & Manual Renewal
Standard BuyV6 proxy packages operate on a fixed 30-day service term unless a different term is expressly selected at checkout. BuyV6 services do not automatically renew or trigger recurring billing. At the end of each fixed service period, proxy access expires automatically unless you explicitly submit a new order or initiate a manual renewal action in the Client Portal. Applicable renewal pricing is presented prior to confirmation of any renewal.
6. Verification & Risk Review
To protect network integrity, prevent payment fraud, and comply with legal requirements, BuyV6 reserves the right to conduct risk-based verification on accounts or orders where risk indicators warrant. Such reviews may request confirmation of account ownership, payment method validity, organization details, or lawful intended use. We do not impose universal identity verification on all customers; however, purchases or service provisioning may be delayed, conditioned, or declined pending the resolution of an open risk inquiry.
7. Acceptable Use & Third-Party Rights
You agree to use BuyV6 exclusively for lawful, authorized, and compliant purposes. Our Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for establishing a lawful basis and obtaining appropriate authorizations for any data collection, network requests, or automated testing you conduct. BuyV6 provides transmission infrastructure only; purchasing or using proxy access does not grant, transfer, or license any rights, permissions, or copyright to third-party content, databases, or systems accessed through the network.
8. Service Availability & Third-Party Systems
BuyV6 strives to maintain high network availability and reliable proxy gateway performance. However, proxy latency, throughput, and IP accessibility can vary due to upstream routing, telecommunication carrier maintenance, and target system configurations. BuyV6 does not guarantee that any specific third-party website, API, or online service will accept connections from any particular IP address, port, or user workflow. Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring their requests comply with destination systems' publicly stated policies.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to BuyV6 without prior notice if we determine in our reasonable discretion that: (a) your account is associated with fraudulent payment or unauthorized transactions; (b) your use violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law; (c) your activity threatens network stability, IP reputation, or security for other customers; (d) we are required to do so by court order, law enforcement, or regulatory authority; or (e) required risk-verification requests remain unresolved. In serious abuse or fraud cases, remaining service credits may be forfeited.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because BuyV6 operates on fixed service terms without auto-renewal, customers can cancel upcoming service at any time simply by choosing not to submit a manual renewal order. Existing orders are eligible for self-service refunds within 24 hours of purchase if cumulative data transfer is under 10 MB (10,485,760 bytes), request count is under 20, and rotating proxies are refunded as complete packages. Ceasing usage of an active proxy package prior to its expiration date does not entitle the user to a pro-rata refund.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, APIs, websites, documentation, interfaces, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with BuyV6 are the exclusive property of automize Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our infrastructure or software.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
BuyV6 is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall automize Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to BuyV6 for the specific service order giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any legal proceeding or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
14. Modifications & Contact Information
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect product updates, operational adjustments, or legal and regulatory requirements. Material changes will be indicated by the 'Last updated' date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service following published updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
